Portable pH meter for ORP and temperature measurement

HD2105.x

Portable pH meter for pH, ORP and temperature measurement, with -2.000…+19.999pH, ±1999.9mV and Pt100/Pt1000 input. Includes LCD display, RS232C output and IP66 protection.

Introduction

Field and laboratory pH checks need clear readings, reliable compensation and simple data handling. This portable meter family measures pH, redox potential (ORP) in mV and temperature with Pt100 or Pt1000 immersion, penetration or contact probes, giving users one instrument for core electrochemical and temperature tasks.

The large LCD shows pH or mV together with temperature, while automatic or manual temperature compensation supports dependable pH work across changing sample conditions. Electrode calibration can be performed on one, two or three points, with a selectable sequence from 13 buffers for practical control of measurement quality.

For documentation and process traceability, both models transfer real-time values via RS232C to a PC or portable printer. The HD2105.2 adds data logging for up to 34,000 pH or mV and temperature samples, with RS232C and USB 2.0 transfer. Ingress protection (IP) IP66 supports use in demanding field conditions.

Clear field readings
Large LCD shows pH or mV with temperature for direct sample control.
Flexible calibration
One-, two- or three-point pH calibration uses a selectable list of 13 buffers.
Reliable compensation
Automatic or manual temperature compensation supports pH work from -50…+150°C.
Data on demand
RS232C transfers real-time values; HD2105.2 stores up to 34,000 sample pairs.
Protected housing
IP66 protection supports use in demanding field and laboratory conditions.

Features

pH and ORP measurement

The instrument measures pH and redox potential (ORP) in mV through a female BNC input for compatible electrodes.

Temperature probe input

The 8-pole DIN45326 input accepts Pt100 probes with SICRAM module, direct 4-wire Pt100 probes and Pt1000 probes with TP47 module.

Selectable pH resolution

The pH display resolution can be selected from the menu as 0.01pH or 0.001pH, according to the measurement task.

Electrode calibration

The calibration menu supports one, two or three calibration points and allows the buffer sequence to be selected from stored buffer values.

Recording functions

Max, Min and Avg functions calculate the highest, lowest and average values for the current measurement session.

Communication interfaces

Both models include an electrically isolated RS232C interface; HD2105.2 also includes an electrically isolated USB 1.1 - 2.0 interface.

Logging model

HD2105.2 records up to 2,000 pages of 17 samples each, with selectable storage intervals from 1 second to 1 hour.

Power supply

The instruments operate with four 1.5V AA batteries or with the SWD10 mains adapter input.
