Core temperature checks in soft plastic media and food products need a probe that enters cleanly and reacts without delay. The fine Ø1.5 mm insertion tip and 100 mm V4A probe tube support targeted measurements where a bulky probe would be difficult to place.
The Type K sensor covers -65 ... +400 °C, giving users one probe for chilled, ambient and high-temperature checks. Class 1 accuracy supports dependable readings across the measuring range, while the rigidly connected mini flat pin plug keeps the cable-free probe ready for compatible portable meters.
For fast checks in direct-contact applications, the probe reaches T90 in under 1 s in water at 0.4 m/s. Its resilient V4A tube and slim insertion geometry make it a practical choice for food-related portable temperature measurement.
The probe uses a Type K (NiCr-Ni) thermocouple sensor in Class 1. The version is not potential-free.
The probe has a rigidly connected mini flat pin plug for direct connection to suitable portable temperature meters.
The interchangeable probe is designed without a fixed cable and without a probe handle.
The fine insertion probe uses a resilient V4A probe tube with a slim Ø1.5 mm insertion tip for direct contact measurement.
