Low-flow gas sampling is often the practical route to stable residual oxygen checks in protective gas applications, especially where the measuring point needs controlled sampling. This compact pump draws non-corrosive, dust-free gases and supports residual oxygen measuring devices with a steady delivery rate of approx. 380 ml/min in free flow.
Battery operation keeps the setup mobile on site. A 9V battery provides approx. 10 hours of operation, while two LEDs show whether the battery is good or low. The motorised membrane pump uses input and output ports for 6 x 1 mm or 8 x 1 mm plastic tubes, making it simple to integrate into a gas sampling path.
For demanding sampling conditions, the pump is designed around clean gas handling. A filter such as GDZ 29 is recommended at the IN port to protect against dust particles, and a condensate trap is recommended for gases with high humidity. The impact-resistant ABS housing supports everyday handling in working environments from 10 … +50 °C and 10 … 95 %RH.
The device uses a motorised membrane pump with input and output ports for low-flow gas sampling.
Universal pressure ports accept 6 x 1 mm plastic tube with inside Ø 4 mm or 8 x 1 mm tube with inside Ø 6 mm.
The pump is intended for non-corrosive, dust-free gases. A condensate trap is recommended for gases with high humidity.
Two LEDs show the battery condition. One LED indicates a low battery, and no LED indicates that replacement is required.
The pump uses an impact-resistant ABS housing with dimensions of 106 x 67 x 30 mm and a ready-to-operate weight of approx. 160 g.
