Reliable residual oxygen checks start with a clean, controlled sampling point. These GOG accessories support MAP food package testing by sealing the puncture area and guiding the sampling needle into the package, helping the ResOx measuring system draw gas without unwanted ambient air entering the sample.
For soft packaging, GOG-A cellular foam seals provide a prepared puncture point. GOG-B adhesive seals are specified for rigid as well as soft packages, making them suitable for compact trays and similar packaging types. GOG-N puncture needles with Ø 0.9 mm match the measuring assembly described for ResOx applications.
The range helps keep daily quality control practical: apply the seal, puncture with the needle, switch on the pump and read the minimum value after approx. 20 s. Used with the membrane filter and gas sampling pump, the accessories support residual oxygen measurement while reducing the risk of particles or fluids being drawn into the sensor path.
