For moisture checks in loose, fibrous and sheet-based materials, a long contact length helps the user reach into the sample and place the electrodes where the material condition matters. These 300 mm measuring rods are designed for applications such as wood chips, wood wool, paper and cardboard.
The rod pair screws onto compatible GSG/GSE hand electrodes, keeping the setup simple for portable material moisture measurement. Two variants cover the specified electrode connections: GMS 300/38 for GSG 38 and GSE 38 with M8 x 1 thread, and GMS 300/91 for GSG 91 with M8 x 1.25 thread.
