Compact measurement points need a probe that is quick to place and stable once it is there. This small magnetic surface probe attaches to ferromagnetic materials without mounting work, making it practical for service, commissioning and routine checks in trade and industry.
The Type K sensor measures surface temperature from -65 ... +250 °C and complies with class 1 accuracy. A Ø5 mm spring-loaded copper measuring tip helps maintain surface contact, while the approx. 5 s T90 response supports quick checks when several points need to be measured.
With a Ø15 mm magnet and approx. 20 g weight in the 1 m miniature flat-pin plug version, the probe is built for easy handling. It is available with miniature flat-pin plug or loose ends with wire end ferrules, and with 1 m, 2 m or 5 m cable lengths.
The family uses a Type K (NiCr-NiAl) sensor for contact measurement on surfaces.
The small version uses a Teflon-insulated twisted cable. Standard lengths include 1 m, 2 m and 5 m, with other lengths on request.
Available connection options are miniature flat-pin plug and loose ends with wire end ferrules.
The probe uses a Ø15 mm magnet for attachment to ferromagnetic surfaces.
In combination with a suitable display device, probes can be supplied with DAkkS/ACCREDIA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 calibration or ISO 9001 calibration.
