The specialised pH electrode is equipped with a moveable ground-glass diaphragm, allowing excellent electrolyte bridging form inner of electrode to measured solution. The diaphragm therfore easily can be cleaned and is especialy suitable for low ionic measurements, like clean water, rain water or low conductive well water.

3 mol/l KCl. The reference electrolyte maintains a constant voltage in the reference system and establishes the electrical connection between the diaphragm and the reference electrode.

The GAD 1 BNC adapter is included with Cinch (RCA) versions. This adapter is required to connect the electrode, which is equipped with a BNC connector, to a measuring device with an RCA input.
