Clear flow visibility helps operators confirm water movement directly at the line. The mechanical twin-rotor design provides quantitative indication, with rotor movement proportional to flow and visible on both sides behind glass.
The family covers DN 15 to DN 25 sizes with G 1/2 to G 1 female threads, making it suitable for different pipe sizes within a consistent mechanical design. Recommended Qmax values range from 25 to 65 l/min, while the rotor starting quantity begins at 2.5 l/min H2O depending on size.
Built for everyday process use, the wetted construction combines red bronze, brass, soda-lime glass, POM and Klingersil C4400. The indicator withstands PN 16 and media temperatures from 0...+100 °C, with installation possible in any position except flow from above.
The indicator uses two rotors for quantitative flow indication. Rotor rotation is proportional to the flow rate and can be viewed directly through the glass.
The family includes DN 15, DN 20 and DN 25 versions with female threaded connections from G 1/2 to G 1.
Wetted parts include Rg 5, CW614N, soda-lime glass, POM and Klingersil C4400.
The specified medium is water. For oils, the rotor starting quantity tends to be higher.
The design is specified for PN 16 pressure resistance, media temperatures from 0...+100 °C and ambient temperatures from 0...+100 °C.
