Reliable flow monitoring matters when liquid processes need fast feedback and durable hardware. This compact transmitter and switch measures liquid flow and temperature continuously, with a calorimetric sensor covering 3…300 cm/s and process temperatures from –20 °C to +110 °C.
It fits a wide range of industrial tasks, including machine and plant engineering, climate and refrigeration systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, process industry, environmental technology and building automation. A broad choice of process connections, sensor lengths and electronics helps match the device to the installation instead of forcing the installation around the device.
Built for demanding environments, the fully welded stainless steel housing offers ingress protection (IP69K/IP67), pressure resistance up to 40 bar and tested shock and vibration resistance. RS485 Modbus®-RTU, IO-Link®, analog current output and two push-pull switching outputs support integration into modern control and monitoring systems.
The device uses a wear-free calorimetric sensor for continuous flow and temperature monitoring in liquids.
Versions are available with G½"A or G¼"A process threads according to DIN EN ISO 1179-2 E.
Multiple sensor lengths support adaptation to different installation depths and process connection sizes.
Type V provides RS485 Modbus®-RTU. Type L provides IO-Link® with analog current output and two push-pull switching outputs.
The device uses an M12 plug connection for the electrical interface.
Process-wetted materials include stainless steel 1.4404/316L, stainless steel 1.4571/316Ti, FPM and EPDM.
Options include LABS-free and silicone-free execution, laser-marked TAG, EN10204 3.1 material certificate, drinking water suitability certificate and factory presetting.
