Compressed air costs become easier to control when each line, machine or generator can be monitored directly. Flowgas TMS 300 measures flow and consumption in compressed air and selected process gases, helping users balance demand, detect leakage air and track consumption from the compressor to smaller consumer units.
The calorimetric measuring principle works without moving parts and needs no additional pressure or temperature compensation. Digital evaluation electronics support precise, fast measurement, with accuracy of ±1.5 % of measured value and ±0.3 % of full scale. Measuring units can be selected on the display, including m³/h, m³/min, l/min, l/s, kg/h, kg/s and cfm.
Installation and service stay practical in the field. The removable measuring unit can be taken out for calibration or cleaning without removing the complete measuring section, and the display head rotates by 180° for inverted flow direction or overhead installation. Modbus RTU, 4...20 mA and galvanically isolated pulse output support integration into higher-level systems.
The meter records flow and consumption for air and gases using Pt45 and Pt1000 sensors. No additional pressure or temperature measurement is required for compensation.
The optional 1.8" TFT display shows current consumption and total consumption. Units can be selected by keys, including m³/h, m³/min, l/min, l/s, kg/h, kg/s and cfm.
The device provides an RS 485 interface with Modbus RTU, a 4...20 mA analog output and a potential-free, galvanically isolated pulse output.
Versions are available with R 1/4" to R 2" threads according to DIN EN 10226 (ISO 7-1) and with DIN EN 1092-1 flange connections.
The meter is designed for media temperatures from 30 ... 80 °C and operating pressure up to 16 bar, with a PN 40 special version available.
Wetted parts are available in stainless steel 1.4301 or 1.4404, with flange versions made from stainless steel 1.4404.
