Introduction

Digital sensor configuration is faster when the connection between PC and field device is straightforward. This universal programming adapter links a PC or programming device to digital sensors with a MODBUS/RS485 interface, supporting setup work without additional interface hardware.
 
Used together with SENSware, the adapter allows parameters such as cell constant, temperature compensation and measuring unit to be adjusted. Readings can also be recorded, helping users check sensor behavior during configuration and commissioning.
 
The EYY220 is supplied by the USB host and uses USB 2.0, compatible with USB 3.x. An 8-pol. M12 round plug connects to the sensor, while LED signals show power supply, sending, receiving and MODBUS communication status. The ABS case, 1.5 m PVC cable and -10..+55 °C operating temperature support practical use at the workbench or on site.
