Static and dynamic pressure measurement in industrial pipework calls for a transmitter that stays dependable without complicating installation. EPS1 supports universal use in liquids and gases with a robust all-metal design and relative pressure ranges from 0...1 to 0...100 bar (up to 400 bar on request).
The Al2O3 ceramic measuring cell converts pressure into a proportional 4...20 mA two-wire signal, giving users a familiar output for process and automation environments. Its pressure cell is connected to the medium through a 6.5 mm bore, helping protect the sensing element from mechanical damage during operation.
Commissioning is practical on site. The continuously rotatable cable outlet supports clean alignment after installation, while G 1/4 A and G 1/2 A process connections cover common mounting needs. For higher medium temperatures, the gooseneck option extends operation up to 120 °C.
The pressure sensor uses a measuring bridge in thick-film technology on an Al2O3 ceramic substrate.
The family covers relative pressure ranges from 0...1 to 0...100 bar, with 0...200 bar and 0...400 bar available on request.
The transmitter is available with G 1/4 A or G 1/2 A male thread for installation in a socket or T-piece.
Versions are available for a 4-pin M12x1 circular connector or a DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug.
The transmitter measures static and dynamic pressures in liquids and gases.
A bendable gooseneck version is available for operation with medium temperatures up to 120 °C.
