Reliable oxygen checks in the field start with a meter that is easy to read, simple to adjust and protected against wet conditions. ECO 531 measures dissolved oxygen concentration in mg/l or ppm and oxygen saturation in %, with automatic adjustment in ambient air by keypress.
The handheld is well suited for freshwater and seawater aquariums, aquaculture, fish farming, wells and bodies of water. Its galvanic oxygen sensor includes integrated temperature measurement, while salinity and environmental pressure settings support practical use in different water conditions.
Daily handling is straightforward: the illuminated 3-line LCD shows values clearly, Hold and Min/Max functions help capture changing readings, and the overhead display can be activated at the push of a button. With ingress protection (IP) IP65 / IP67, a break-proof ABS housing and more than 3000 h battery life without backlight, the meter is built for regular mobile use.
