Insertion temperature checks often happen directly at the process, product or material. A permanently connected Ø 3 mm probe gives users a robust setup for precise, instantaneous measurements in food, soft plastic materials and bulk material without attaching a separate sensor first.
The fixed Pt1000 insertion probe measures from -70.0 ... +250.0 °C and uses a 100 mm V4A sensor with 1 m cable. In water at 0.4 m/s, the probe reaches t90 <3 s, helping users read changing values quickly. Device accuracy of ±0.1 K ±1 digit from -20 ... +100 °C supports dependable routine checks.
The compact break-proof ABS housing is designed for mobile use and offers ingress protection (IP) IP65 / IP67. A 3-line backlit LCD, min/max memory, hold function and optical/acoustic alarm keep values and limits clear at the point of measurement. Two AA batteries provide more than 5000 hours of operation without backlighting.
