Fast penetration measurements are easier when the probe is slim enough to enter the medium with minimal resistance. This waterproof alarm thermometer combines a compact handheld device with a permanently connected extra-thin insertion probe for precise, instantaneous temperature checks in food, soft plastic materials and bulk material.
The fixed Pt1000 probe measures from -70.0 ... +250.0 °C and uses a 100 mm, Ø 1.5 mm V4A sensor with 1 m cable. Its response time of t90 <2 s in water at 0.4 m/s helps users capture changes quickly, while device accuracy of ±0.1 K ±1 digit from -20 ... +100 °C supports dependable routine checks.
The break-proof ABS housing is built for mobile use and protected to ingress protection (IP) IP65 / IP67. A 3-line backlit LCD, min/max memory, hold function and optical/acoustic alarm make measured values clear at the point of use. Two AA batteries provide more than 5000 hours of operation without backlighting.
The device includes a permanently connected Pt1000 insertion probe with V4A construction, 100 mm length, Ø 1.5 mm diameter and 1 m cable.
The segment LCD shows the measured value with additional symbols and battery status. The white backlight has an adjustable lighting duration.
