Hygiene-critical temperature checks need readings that are easy to capture, easy to repeat and easy to clean around. This waterproof HACCP alarm thermometer supports precise, instantaneous measurements in food, drinking and hot water control, liquids, gases, soft plastic materials and bulk material.
The family covers four fixed Pt1000 probe versions: immersion probe, fast Ø1.5 mm insertion probe, robust Ø3 mm insertion probe and PTFE insertion probe. All standard versions measure from -70.0 ... +250.0 °C, with accuracy of ±0.1 K ±1 digit from -20 ... +100 °C. Response times are <3 s for the D, I3 and K versions, and <2 s for the I1.5 version in water at 0.4 m/s.
Auto hold freezes a stable value when the reading changes by less than 0.1K within 15s. The timer function freezes the value after a defined period from 5 to 240s, supporting reproducible checks such as drinking water tap monitoring. IP65 / IP67 protection, a backlit 3-line display and more than 5000 hours of battery life support regular use on site.
The family includes permanently connected Pt1000 probes for immersion, fast insertion and robust insertion tasks.
ECO 121-H-D uses a 150 mm, Ø3 mm immersion probe. ECO 121-H-I1.5 uses a 100 mm, Ø1.5 mm fast insertion probe.
ECO 121-H-I3 uses a 100 mm, Ø3 mm insertion probe. ECO 121-H-K uses a 100 mm, Ø3 mm PTFE insertion probe with PTFE handle and cable.
The 3-line display includes battery status, backlight, shatterproof screen protection and overhead display at keypress.
Min/max records the lowest and highest measured values. Hold freezes values on demand, with auto hold and timer available as alternatives.
Offset and gradient correction can be used to adjust the temperature input within the device configuration.
