Open channels and containers often need sensor installation at a defined measuring depth while protecting the electrode from mechanical damage. This immersion fitting mounts electrochemical sensors such as pH and Redox electrodes, glass conductivity measuring cells and compensation thermometers.
The fitting is designed for sensors with PG 13.5 screw-in thread and 120 mm installation length. Its protection tube and protection basket help protect the installed sensor against breakage, while available immersion lengths of 500 mm and 1000 mm support different measuring depths.
The EA2090 uses PP process material with FPM seal and is specified for 0..95 °C, max. 1 bar at 90 °C and IP65 protection. In the standard version, two pipe clamps are included for wall mounting; optional sliding flanges allow installation, for example, in container lids.
