Introduction

Chemical process lines place clear demands on sensor installation: the measuring cell must sit securely in the medium and stay protected during operation. This compact in-line fitting is designed for electrochemical cells such as pH, ORP and conductivity cells with PG13.5 process connection.
 
Its PVDF process material supports use in chemical industry applications, while the pipe thread process connection acc. to DIN ISO 228 provides defined mechanical integration. The fitting protects the installed sensor and supports proper measurement, helping reduce errors caused by unsuitable mounting conditions.
 
With an operating temperature of -10..+120 °C, short steam sterilization capability at 140 °C for less than 1 h, and maximum process pressure of 16 bar, the EA1630 / EA2630 family gives users a compact fitting for demanding inline measurement points.
