Digital photo-radiometric probes for handheld meters

DX 6x1

Digital photo-radiometric probes for handheld meters, measuring illuminance, luminance, irradiance, PAR, UVA, UVB, UVC, UVBC and blue light, with stored calibration data, M12 connection and IP54 aluminum housing.

Introduction

Light and radiation measurements become faster when probes can be exchanged without starting a new calibration workflow. DX 6x1 digital photo-radiometric probes store their calibration data in the probe, allowing use with PRO D01 / PRO D05 handheld meters as interchangeable sensors for field, laboratory and inspection tasks.

The family covers illuminance, luminance, irradiance from 400…1050 nm, PAR from 400…700 nm, UVA, UVB, UVC, UVBC and blue light effective irradiance. Factory calibration makes each probe ready to use, while optional ACCREDIA certification supports documented measurement work where accredited traceability is required.

Built in anodized aluminum, the probes offer a solid 50 x 42 mm body, IP54 protection, low typical power consumption below 1 mA and a fully digital DX sensor interface. A fixed cable with M12 connector is supplied in 2 m length, with 1 m or 5 m available on request.

Features

Digital probe interface

The probes use a fully digital DX sensor interface and operate with a 3.3…6 Vdc power supply.

Handheld meter compatibility

DX 6x1 probes are designed for PRO D01 and PRO D05 handheld meters and are also listed as suitable for PRO 921 and PRO 925.

Measurement variants

The family includes probes for illuminance, luminance, irradiance, PAR and selected UV or blue light spectral ranges.

Stored calibration data

Factory calibration data is stored inside each probe to support interchangeability between compatible handheld meters.

Connection cable

Each probe is supplied with a fixed 2 m cable ending in a 4-pin M12 connector, with 1 m or 5 m cable lengths available on request.

Positioning options

Probes can be optionally equipped with an integrated bubble level and tripod connection thread for horizontal positioning.
