Digital pressure probes for differential and absolute pressure

DX 2x0

Digital pressure probes for differential and absolute pressure in air and non-aggressive dry gases, with ±2.5 hPa to ±700 kPa differential or 0 to 200 kPa absolute ranges, M12 DX-Sensor interface and IP65 housing.

Introduction

Flexible pressure measurement starts with probes that can be exchanged without slowing down the job. The DX 210 / DX 240 series provides compact digital pressure probes for PRO Line handheld meters, covering differential ranges from ±2.5 hPa to ±700 kPa and an absolute range of 0 to 200 kPa.

Factory calibration data are stored in the probe, so compatible PRO Line meters can use the sensor without recalibration after exchange. Temperature compensation from 0 to +50 °C supports stable measurement accuracy, while selectable measuring speed up to 1000 /s captures fast pressure changes for MinP, AvgP and MaxP sensor channels.

The stainless-steel body, M12 DX-Sensor interface and hose ports for Ø6x1 mm hoses make the probes practical for portable pressure tasks in air and non-aggressive dry gases. With IP65 protection and low power consumption, they integrate cleanly into PRO D01, PRO D05-x, PRO 925 and PRO 595 workflows.

Features

Differential and absolute variants

DX 210 probes measure differential pressure, while DX 240 probes measure absolute pressure.

DX-Sensor interface

A 5-pin M12 connector links the probe to compatible PRO Line handheld meters with digital inputs.

Hose connection

Stainless-steel ports accept Ø6x1 mm hoses with an internal diameter of Ø4 mm.

Selectable measuring speed

The internal measuring rate can be set to Low or High in supported handheld meters.

Sensor channels

The probes provide last value, minimum, average and maximum channels from the sensor.

Temperature compensation

The measurement is temperature compensated across 0 to +50 °C.

User adjustment

Three adjustment points and an offset function are available when User calibration type is selected.

Compatible media

The probes are intended for air and non-aggressive dry gases only.
