Process and automation panels need speed values that are easy to read, adapt and monitor. This indicator measures and displays physical values based on a per-minute time base, making it suitable for speed-related process tasks where local indication and switching functions are required.
Configuration is handled directly at the front membrane keypad. The device supports pulse inputs for switch contacts, PNP sensors, Namur sensors and rotary encoders, with an integrated 24 V DC or 8 V transmitter supply for direct sensor connection. A programmable input prescaler lets the display adapt to the pulse signal, while the 0 ... 99999 digit range and selectable decimal display support clear scaling.
For process supervision, up to four relay or transistor alarm outputs can be used with min. or max. switching behavior. A hold input freezes the display via 24 V DC level or potential-free contact, and the DIN 96 x 48 mm panel case provides front ingress protection (IP65).
The membrane keypad provides access to operating parameters, including input level, prescaler, decimal display, filtering, alarm settings and parameter lock.
One input prescaler is programmable for both pulse inputs. It counts every n-th pulse and can be set from 1 ... 9999 digit.
Integrated sensor supply provides 24 V DC for PNP sensors and 8 V DC for Namur sensors, with Ri approx. 150 Ω and max. 50 mA.
The display supports fixed decimal places from 0 to 3 or automatic floating-point behavior, with leading zero suppression.
Device versions are available for 230 V AC, 115 V AC, 24 V AC or 24 V DC supply.
Clamp terminals accept 0.08 ... 1.5 mm² conductors, with terminal ingress protection (IP20) according to BGV A3.
