Clear measured values and dependable signal handling matter when operators need to monitor process conditions at a glance. The DPA displays, processes and transmits electrical standard signals from 0/4…20mA or 0…10V, with a TFT color display that supports readable on-site visualization in cabinet, field or DIN-rail installations.
The device helps turn one input signal into useful control and analysis data. It can supply a connected two-wire transmitter, convert the measured value into a galvanically isolated analog output and monitor limit values with up to 4 programmable relay outputs. For tank and process applications with non-linear signals, up to 40 breakpoints can be used for linearization.
For documented process insight, variants with data logger function record more than 500,000 measured values with time stamp. USB and Bluetooth interfaces support data transfer, while diagnostic functions, clear menu navigation and optional ATEX approval for intrinsically safe sensor connection add confidence in demanding process environments.
The device accepts current signals 0…20mA and 4…20mA as well as voltage signals 0…10V. A connected two-wire transmitter can be supplied directly.
The measured value can be converted into a galvanically isolated current output 0/4…20mA or voltage output 0…10V for further processing.
Depending on the version, up to 4 relay outputs and 4 digital inputs are available for limit monitoring, error indication, impulse output and pump control functions.
Up to 40 breakpoints can be entered to linearize non-linear input signals, for example from horizontal cylindrical tanks.
The measured value can be shown in different display styles, including digital value, manometer, chart and bar graph.
USB 2.0 and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR options allow recorded measured values to be downloaded from the device.
The product family is available as field enclosure, front panel enclosure or DIN-rail enclosure for different installation situations.
