Flow-through vessel

DFG70

Flow-through vessel for electrochemical sensor installation, with up to 3 PG13,5 transducers, 120 mm installation length, 2x G1/2 side connections and clear PC container.

Introduction

Reliable water analysis starts with stable sensor installation and defined flow around the measuring element. This flow-through vessel holds up to 3 electrochemical transducers, including pH and Redox electrodes, glass conductivity sensors and compensation thermometers, with PG13,5 screw-in thread and 120 mm installation length.

The vessel protects the built-in sensors from breakage and supports correct flow to reduce measurement errors. It can be mounted inline or in a bypass, while the flow direction can be reversed by reinserting the filling tube. Unused sensor openings are closed with sealing plugs.

A crystal clear polycarbonate container makes the measuring setup easy to inspect, while the PVC-U connector block provides mounting holes for 6 mm screws. The DFG70 operates at 0..60 °C and up to 6 bar at 20°C, with 2 side connections using female G1/2 thread.

Features

Sensor installation

The vessel accepts electrochemical transducers such as pH and Redox electrodes, glass conductivity sensors and compensation thermometers with PG13,5 screw-in thread.

Process connections

Two side connections with female G1/2 thread connect the vessel to the line or bypass. Three top-mounted female PG13,5 threads are provided for sensors.

Flow direction

The flow direction can be reversed by reinserting the filling tube, allowing the same vessel to adapt to different installation layouts.

Mounting

The connector block includes mounting holes for 6 mm screws. The vessel is suitable for wall mounting, with stainless steel mounting screws included.

Materials and seals

The container is made of crystal clear, colorless PC polycarbonate. The connector block is made of PVC-U, with EPDM O-ring seals.

Operating conditions

The vessel is specified for an operating temperature of 0..60 °C and operating pressure of 6 bar at 20°C or 0,2 bar at 60°C.
