Continuous liquid analysis needs a stable measuring environment for electrochemical cells. This flow vessel is designed for pH and ORP measurement in liquid media and supports cells with an installation length of up to 120 mm.
The stainless steel 1.4571 construction gives the vessel a robust basis for process use. With a maximum process pressure of 16 bar and maximum operating temperature of 140 °C, it is suited to demanding measurement points where stable cell installation matters.
The DFG 50 uses 3 x PG13.5 process connections and inlet and outlet clamping sleeves for 10x2 mm pipes. A 54 mm vessel diameter keeps the design compact, while accessories such as a mounting plate, clamp bails and PG13.5 blind glands support practical installation.
The vessel lid includes 3 x PG13.5 process connections for installing analysis sensors.
