Reliable temperature measurement starts at the contact point. This probe family gives technicians a precise, easy-to-handle Pt100 solution for immersion and insertion tasks in gases, liquids and soft materials, including applications with continuous food contact.
The AX 111-I uses a thin film Pt100 sensor for fast, economical measurement, while the AX 115-I uses a wire wound Pt100 sensor for highest precision demands. Depending on the configuration, measuring ranges cover -50...+250 °C, -50...+400 °C or -100...+400 °C, with tolerance classes from B to AA and 1/10 B.
Built for professional daily use, the Ø3 mm rigid stem is made from corrosion and temperature resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, with an ergonomic handle rated up to 120 °C. IP67 protection, optional molded handle for permanent underwater operation and connection options including M12, Mini-DIN or loose ends make the probes easy to integrate into demanding field and laboratory workflows.
The AX 111-I versions use thin film Pt100 sensors. The AX 115-I versions use wire wound Pt100 sensors for highest precision demands.
A wide choice of class B, A, AA or 1/10 B ensures best support for specific measuring tasks considering cost and performance aspects.
The probes can be supplied with ISO 9001 or DAkkS-/ACCREDIA accredited calibration according to ISO/IEC 17025 when used with a suitable display instrument, e.g PRO 111 od PRO 115.
Cables are available in 1 m, 2 m or 5 m PVC versions, with M12 4-pole male connector, Mini-DIN 4-pole connector or loose ends.
Choose M12, Mini-DIN or loose ends for 4-wire Pt100 instruments (e.g. M12 for PRO 111 / PRO 115)
