Reliable temperature measurement starts with a probe that fits the task, the medium and the required accuracy. This precision Pt100 immersion probe family supports measurements in liquids and gases, with AX 111 economic thin film sensors and AX 115 wire-wound sensors for highest precision demands.
The Ø3 mm stainless steel stem is suitable for continuous food contact and is available in rigid or mineral-insulated bendable versions. Depending on the selected configuration, the family covers measuring ranges up to -200 … +600 °C and tolerance classes from B to 1/10 B. Fast variants achieve T90 response times below 2 s in water.
Built for daily professional use, the probes combine IP67 water protection with an ergonomic polyamide handle rated up to 120 °C. M12, Mini-DIN and loose-end cable options make integration straightforward, while optional ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration supports traceable measurement chains with suitable display instruments (e.g. PRO 111 / 115).
A wide choice of class B, A, AA or 1/10 B ensures best support for specific measuring tasks considering cost and performance aspects.
The family offers two of stem constructions: Either a rigid stem or bendable mineral insulated stem (-M) can be chosen.
Allowing best choice of either speed or supported temperature range.
Different stem lengths can be chosen:
Short types for easy transportation or 300 mm for high temperature calibration references.
The probes can be supplied with ISO 9001 or DAkkS-/ACCREDIA accredited calibration according to ISO/IEC 17025 when used with a suitable display instrument, e.g PRO 111 od PRO 115.
Cables are available in 1 m, 2 m or 5 m PVC versions, with M12 4-pole male connector, Mini-DIN 4-pole connector or loose ends.
Besides the standard IP67 water protection an increased protection can be chosen: completely molded for permanent underwater use with PVC cable.
Flexible combination of stem construction and choice of sensing element serves your task according to your needs, e.g.:
Enabling exchange precision of e.g down to 0.03 K @ 0°C, usable up to 100°C
or support up to 600°C with class B thin film, mineral insulated probe.
