Precision Pt100 4-wire gas-probe, direct connection

AX 112-G3-OK

Pt100 probe for fast temperature measurement in clean gases, with Ø3 mm stainless steel stem, range -50 … +250 °C, 4 wire analog connection with M12, Mini-DIN or loose-end. The probe is plugged directly onto the display units PRO 111 or PRO 115.

Introduction

Fast temperature checks in clean, dry gases need a probe that reacts quickly without getting in the way. The open Ø3 mm construction exposes the Pt100 thin film sensor inside the stainless steel tube, giving a T90 response time of approx. 15s in gas at 2 m/s.

Designed for direct use with PRO 111 and PRO 115 display units, the probe plugs into the instrument via an M12 4-pole male A-coded connection for practical one-handed operation. Its compact stem supports measurements in inaccessible places, while the AISI 316L stainless steel tube gives the probe the robustness required for professional use.

The class A Pt100 4-wire measuring element supports accurate temperature measurement from -50 ... +250 °C in clean gases such as ambient air. Optional DAkkS-/ACCREDIA calibration certificates are available when the probe is combined with a suitable display instrument.

Pt100 thin film sensor follows tolerance class A according to IEC 751 / EN 60751
One-hand operation
Direct M12 connection to PRO 111 or PRO 115 instruments supports field handling
Robust gas probe
AISI 316L stainless steel stem is built for professional use in clean, dry gases

Features

Open gas probe design

The stainless steel tube includes gas openings with the sensor element exposed inside for fast response in clean gas applications.

Calibration certificate option

DAkkS-/ACCREDIA calibration certificates can be supplied optionally when the probe is combined with a suitable display instrument.

Pt100 thin film element

The probe uses a Pt100 thin film sensor element in 4-wire configuration for analog temperature measurement in gases - an optimum combination for robustness and reaction time.
