Accurate surface temperature checks need a probe that transfers heat quickly and connects cleanly to reference instruments. This precision analog Pt100 probe is designed for metal surfaces and also supports immersion in liquids such as calibration baths, giving technicians one practical sensor for surface checks and comparison measurements.
Reliable readings are supported by a Pt100 thin film sensor in 4-wire configuration, with tolerance class B or A depending on the selected version. The Ø 6 mm silver contact surface improves thermal transfer at the measuring point, while the rigid Ø 4 mm stainless steel stem withstands demanding professional handling.
For flexible integration, the cable can be supplied with an M12 male connector, Mini-DIN connector or loose ends. The probe covers -50 ... +300 °C, responds in under 5 s in moving water and around 15 s on metal surfaces, and features IP64 protection for regular field and workshop use.
The probe uses a Pt100 measuring element based on thin film sensor technology in a 4-wire configuration for compatible reference instruments.
The measuring head has a Ø 6 mm silver tip with a rigid Ø 4 mm probe stem. The standard stem length is 230 mm, with other lengths available on request.
PVC cable options include 1 m, 2 m and other lengths on request. A stretchable spiral cable version is also listed.
ISO 9001 calibration is available when the probe is supplied with a suitable display instrument such as a PRO 111 or PRO 115 thermometer.
