Networked measurement data is more useful when it can be collected into a shared database and viewed from multiple PCs. HDServer1 receives, stores and displays measurements detected by connected devices, particularly data loggers from the HD35... and HD50... series.
The software works with devices connected to the Ethernet or Wi-Fi local network. HD50... series devices connect directly, while HD35... series devices connect through the HD35APW base unit. The Server part receives device data and enters it into the database, while the Viewer part displays database data on the PC monitor.
This split structure supports flexible monitoring across a local network. The Server part is normally active on one PC, while the Viewer part can run simultaneously on several PCs, allowing different users to access stored measurement data.
