Senseca Appoints Thomas Koch as new CFO and COO

February 7, 2025 - Senseca is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Koch as
its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective
February 2025. He succeeds Jürgen Schneider, who has decided to step down from his
position for personal reasons.

Thomas Koch brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Senseca, with a distinguished
career spanning more than two decades in various leadership roles. Throughout his career,
he has demonstrated exceptional skills in building and leading international mid-sized
companies in various industries as CFO, COO and CTO.

He has successfully planned and executed complex transformation programs focusing on
strategic realignment, digital and financial transformation and M&A/PMI for companies
such as Jecture GmbH, Pfeifer & Langen and First Data TeleCash.
