We are looking for a full-time position at our Regenstauf site:
Head of Business Unit Portable (m/f/d)

This is what you can expect:

Responsibility for the holistic alignment of the global business unit including P&L and portfolio management
Sales support and enabling of new partners, customers and markets
Management of the central BU functions in cooperation with the department heads of a matrix organisation
Monitoring and compliance with technical standards and quality of the product range
Management of the Regenstauf site (monitoring of operational processes, planning and implementation of business objectives, compliance with safety and environmental standards, etc.)
Trusted interface between management and employees

That is what you should bring along:

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of electrical engineering/mechanical engineering or comparable
Many years of management responsibility (P&L responsibility)
Experience in retail business/e-commerce
Strategic, entrepreneurial and budget-orientated thinking and acting
Structured and solution-orientated way of working
Hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Several years of experience in sales / product management
Excellent written and spoken English skills
